Opis stanowiska

The post holder will be responsible for: 

  • Providing Technical Management of the applications, products and services assigned.
  • Incident Analysis and co-ordination with suppliers/vendors and other resolving groups.
  • Isolating, diagnosing and resolving incidents to restore service within defined service levels.
  • Delivery and implementation of new IT Services.

  1. Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 environment
  2. Microsoft Windows 2007/2010 environment
  3. Microsoft Office 2010 / 2016 / 365 environment
  4. Microsoft Virtualization Technologies 
  5. Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 / 2012 / 2016
  6. Active Directory 
  7. Power Shell Scripting
  8. MacAfee Products range (EPO 4.0 / 5.0)
  9. LAN/WAN technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • ITIL 3.0 certification will be an advantage
