We are looking for candidates who will be responsible for providing 2nd Level Technical Support to our 200 offices Worldwide working from our modern, robust IT center in central Warsaw.

Opis stanowiska
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Providing Technical Management of the applications, products and services assigned.
- Incident Analysis and co-ordination with suppliers/vendors and other resolving groups.
- Isolating, diagnosing and resolving incidents to restore service within defined service levels.
- Delivery and implementation of new IT Services.

- Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 environment
- Microsoft Windows 2007/2010 environment
- Microsoft Office 2010 / 2016 / 365 environment
- Microsoft Virtualization Technologies
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 / 2012 / 2016
- Active Directory
- Power Shell Scripting
- MacAfee Products range (EPO 4.0 / 5.0)
- LAN/WAN technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- ITIL 3.0 certification will be an advantage
