IF – Social Design for Sustainable Cities is a project that took place in October 2020 and was co-organised by EUNIC Warsaw and the PJATK. It brought together professionals from the cultural, creative and social design sector, decision makers, intellectuals and activists. Over a few days comprising a conference, workshops and a virtual poster exhibition, stakeholders from Europe and beyond discussed different ways of bringing about a sustainable urban growth.

We invite you to visit the project website as well as explore the electronic companion, containing reflections, essays, links to recordings of all events, workshop results and a 360° virtual tour of the poster exhibition.

We recommend that you watch an inspiring lecture by Rama Gheerawo, Director of the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design in London, who addressed the issue of inclusive design. The video is available here (in English with English subtitles).
