British Council and Multikino present the encore screening of Royal Shakespeare Company’s Titus Andronicus directed by Blanche McIntyre. 

Titus has returned from a brutal 10-year war having lost 21 sons in battle. Betrayed by his nation, and with his family in pieces, a series of bloody events follows as he and Tamora, Queen of the Goths begin a violent cycle of revenge. Rape, cannibalism, mutilation and murder are the gruesome tools in Shakespeare’s bloodiest play. 

The screenings will take place on 14 September 2017 at 19.00 in the following Multikino cinemas: Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Łódź (Silver Screen), Olsztyn, Poznań Stary Browar, Szczecin, Warszawa Targówek, Warszawa Ursynów, Warszawa Złote Tarasy, Wrocław Pasaż Grunwaldzki and Zabrze.

This production contains gunshots, sexual content, with violent and potentially distressing scenes.

Screenings are in English with Polish subtitles.
