The Royal Ballet presents the first mixed programme of 2015/16 season, encompassing four ballets that span 60 years of choreography. These will include choreographies of contemporary American classics: Afternoon of a Faun by Jerome Robbins and Tchaikovsky Pas de deux by George Balanchine. Liam Scarlett’s Viscera opens the programme, and the world premiere of Carlos Acosta’s adaptation of Carmen brings the show to a close.
