If rabbits still lived in the Królikarnia or Rabbit House, would they come to At Dawn?
This question requires some imagination. If the rabbits were domesticated and accustomed to people and music, they might venture closer to the concert. However, this would require a lot of time and care, as rabbits usually shy away from people.
Would rabbits miss out on much not taking part in At Dawn?
It would probably make no difference to them whatsoever. On the other hand, At Dawn is a perfectly suitable environment for humans, and not attending could be detrimental.

At Dawn is a series of musical events, which makes use of the gracious and demanding aura of sunrise and temporarily turns it into a musical experiment. This modest tradition began in 2013 in the park by the Xawery Dunikowski Museum of Sculpture at the Królikarnia Palace, a division of the National Museum in Warsaw. The programme of At Dawn is open to just about any genre of music, though it does favour the modest, sublime and eccentric.
The moment of night turning into day has such incredible potential. Rays of the rising sun bring light to the world, making it seem simultaneously irrational and embarrassingly real. Reason takes a nap. Our eyes hurt, blinded by the light, and yet we can see so clearly. We listen with our entire bodies, not just our ears.
Starting with the June event, the organiser of the At Dawn series has introduced a participation fee. This fee will help ensure the continuation of the series. We encourage you to purchase your ticket in advance to avoid the queue. Only online purchases via QR code will be possible on-site (no purchases possible at the ticket office), so please be sure to bring a charged smartphone ☺
