National Institute of Music and Dance invites disabled and non-disabled artists to take part in the 2022 edition of dance laboratories.
Dance laboratories will take place from 28 June till 8 July in Lądek-Zdrój. These will be workshops combined with mentoring sessions taking place in the city space. Laboratories will be led by Tatiana Cholewa, disabled dancer and choreographer and Alicja Czyczel, choreographer and educator. The final presentation of the work created by participants will take place on 7 July as part of the International Dance Festival in Lądek-Zdrój. Laboratories will focus on the following themes: regeneration, care, relief, balance.
The group will encompass around 10 participants. The laboratory space will be accessible and adapted to any special ewquirements. If needed, additional support will be provided in communication, including translation into Polish sign language.
