This year’s edition of the festival will encompass almost 100 film events spread around Poznań and nearly 300 films, 89 of them shortlisted for competitions (five competitions: International Competition, Polish Competition Polish Experimental Film Competition, Urban View Competition focused on architecture, design and city, Dances with Camera focused on dance, movement and body expression). The festival audience will also enjoy special screenings such as Horror, Musical or Queer Shorts, a focus section with a spotlight on Romania, a review of shorts nominated for prestigious awards (incl. BAFTA, European Film Awards) or a brand new Long Story Short section presenting full-length films as well as less known shorts of renowned directors such as Pedro Almodóvar. Apart from film screenings, there will also be a range of audiovisual and music events taking place in interesting locations, such as galleries, clubs and private gardens.

This year's industry program, organised in cooperation with the British Council, will include a panel on the condition of experimental cinema with the participation of the programmer Sanne Jehoul and film critic Jessica McGoff (16 June, 12:30, UAP Poznań and online).

British filmmakers whose films are included in the festival's official selection will also visit Poznań.
