Pick up and drop off

In line with our health and safety policy we would like to inform you of the plans we have in place for dropping off and picking up your children. 

Koszykowa – Warsaw

On arrival:

  • All students will be met inside the entrance of the building and directed to the classrooms. 
  • Only parents of children who require an escort will be allowed into the building on the first day.

On leaving:

  • Green cards (11 and over with parental consent) will be released, supervised, through the back office exit which leads onto Poznanska next to the post office. 
  • Red cards (all students 10 and under) wait in the waiting area on floor two until their parent or guardian arrives at our entrance next to the post office on Poznanska. 
  • There will be a member of our team waiting at the entrance, this person will call for your child who will be brought down to you. 

SP51/Edison/Cervantes/NOK – Warsaw

On arrival:

  • All students will be met inside the entrance of the building and directed to the classrooms. 
  • Only parents of children who require an escort will be allowed into the building on the first day.

On leaving:

  • Staff will escort the children down the stairs where the students can put their coats on. 
  • Students with green cards (11 and over with parental consent) will be released.
  • Red card (all students 10 and under) will be released as their parents or guardians arrive.

Main office - Krakow

On arrival:

  • All students will be met inside the entrance of the building and directed to the classrooms. 
  • Only parents of children who require an escort will be allowed into the building on the first day.

On leaving:

  • Green cards (11 and over with parental consent) will be released after the lesson. 
  • Red cards (all students 10 and under) wait in the waiting area on the first floor until their parent or guardian arrives at the entrance on the ground floor. 
  • A staff member will wait on the ground floor and the child can be released only when the parent arrives and announces themselves via the child’s mobile phone. 

SP1 - Krakow

On arrival:

  • All travelling students will be met inside the entrance of the building and directed to the classrooms.
  • School no 1 students may be picked up by staff member from day time care room (świetlica) and escorted to the classrooms where the lesson takes place. The parents are requested to notify Customer Service in writing if they opt in for this solution.

On leaving:

  • Staff member takes the students downstairs where the parents are waiting outside. The parents are not allowed into the building.
  • Students with green cards (11 and over with parental consent) will be released.
  • Red card (all students 10 and under) will be released as their parents or guardians arrive. 
  • A staff member will wait downstairs and the child can be released only when the parent arrives and announces themselves via the child’s mobile phone.

SP4 - Krakow

On arrival:

  • All students will be met inside the entrance of the building and directed to the classrooms.

On leaving:

  • Staff member takes the students downstairs where the parents are waiting outside. The parents are not allowed into the building.
  • Students with green cards (11 and over with parental consent) will be released.
  • Red card (all students 10 and under) will be released as their parents or guardians arrive. 
  • A staff member will wait downstairs and the child can be released only when the parent arrives and announces themselves via the child’s mobile phone. 

Primary 71 - Wroclaw

On arrival:

  • All Primary 71 students will be picked  up by staff member from their respective classrooms and escorted to the classrooms where the lessons takes place.
  • All travelling students will be met inside the entrance of the building and directed to the classrooms.

On leaving:

  • Staff member takes Primary 71 students downstairs and escorts them to their respective classrooms.
  • Staff member takes the travelling students downstairs to the school’s main waiting area. 
  • Students with green cards (11 and over with parental consent) will be released.
  • Red card (all students 10 and under) will be released as their parents or guardians arrive.

Primary 63 – Wroclaw

On arrival:

  • All Primary 63 students will be picked  up by staff member from their respective classrooms and escorted to the classrooms where the lessons takes place.

On leaving:

  • Staff member takes Primary 63 students downstairs and escorts them either to their respective classrooms or the school’s main waiting area. 
  • Students with green cards (11 and over with parental consent) will be released.
  • Red card (all students 10 and under) will be released as their parents or guardians arrive.
